Gutter Guard in Kenmore

Kenmore lies roughly ten kilometres south-west of the Brisbane CBD, on land inside a bend of the Brisbane River and drained by Moggill Creek and its tributaries. The name comes from an early homestead in the district, and the suburb stayed semi-rural until the western corridor opened up. Development from the late 1960s through the 1980s put large single-storey and split-level family homes on generous blocks, with extensive roof areas and, in most cases, decades of garden planting now grown well above the roofline.
