Guaranteed Gutter Protection is a family-owned gutter guard installer serving Brisbane, the Gold Coast, the Sunshine Coast and surrounding South East Queensland suburbs.

When you request a quote, we collect the details you enter in the form: your name, phone number, email address, suburb, roof type, whether your home is single or two storey, your preferred contact time, any message you send, and up to three optional photos of your gutters.

We only ask for what we need to prepare your quote and get in touch.

We use your information to respond to your quote request, arrange a free on-site visit, prepare your quote and follow up about your enquiry.

Your request is sent to our team by email through our email provider so we can handle your enquiry. Our team uses it to contact you and quote your job.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

We keep your information only as long as we need it to handle your enquiry and our records, and we take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to see how people find and use this site. These set cookies that count visits, show us which pages get read, and tell us roughly what part of the country a visitor is in.

That tells us about pages, not about you. We don't use it to work out who you are, we don't match it to your quote request, and we don't sell it.

Our service area pages show a Google map of the suburb. That map is loaded from Google, so opening one of those pages tells Google you viewed it, the same as it would on any site with a map on it. We don't send Google your name, phone number or anything you type into the quote form.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on. The site still works either way.

Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and request times, for security and performance.

We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
