Woven vs Expanded Gutter Mesh
Hole size is the main difference between our two core meshes. Expanded mesh has larger 3 mm holes that stop leaves and nesting birds while draining fast. Woven EmberGuard tightens that to 2 mm, which adds ember protection for bushfire-prone areas and shuts out finer debris.
Both our aluminium meshes carry our proprietary coating and the same 10-year anti-fade guarantee. Quality is the same across the range, so the choice comes down to the hole size and finish that suit your roof and surroundings.
